NOTE: Our shipping and refund/exchange policy applies to domestic orders ONLY.  WTH™ does not carry out international orders at this time.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 24-48 business hours to process your order once it is received. Tracking information and shipping confirmation will be sent once USPS receives and processes your order. All orders will arrive within a week of the date it is shipped. 

Please contact support@wheresthehoop.com  if your order takes over a week to arrive (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your package has been shipped by WTH™ and in the hands of USPS, we have no control over the package whether it is lost, stolen, misplaced, or has an incorrect address.

Shipping prices are determined by shipping location amount of item(s) ordered at checkout

Return & Exchange Policy

For returns/exchanges, contact support@wheresthehoop.com  to initiate your return. 

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if the product is unworn and in the original packaging, within 7 business days after the order arrival date. You can choose to return your item for in-store credit. We will waive the shipping fee and the remaining credit will be issued to you to use for another item from the site.  

It can take up to 2 business days to process your return after it has arrived. After your item is processed and inspected, your store credit will show on your account immediately. A confirmation email will be sent once this process is completed.  

Important Information

Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. We do provide a return label for orders shipped within the United States. For use of this label, we'll deduct $6.99 from the credit you'll be receiving to cover return shipping costs. If the reason for the return is our fault, we will cover this charge and a full refund will be issued to your initial payment.

If items are returned after our 7-day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return. A refund will not be credited to your account.
